UT2020 magazine asks the common question to the artists who we collaborate with. What did illustrator, Tiffany Cooper answer to our question?
“Culture belongs to each successive generation.”
In 2012, Tiffany Cooper left her job in the apparel industry to travel and write a daily illustrated blog, the Best of Possible Worlds. This opened the Parisienne’s path to becoming an author and illustrator. “I love drawing pictures of cats, and I try to incorporate my sense of humor into my illustrations,” she says. “This T-shirt is a parody of Breakfast at Tiffany’s—I applied an 80’s style to illustrate my memories of growing up in the U.S. and pouring cereal directly into my mouth. I used to watch American Dad! and listen to Nirvana and Sonic Youth. To me, culture is linked to one’s daily life, and belongs to each successive generation.”
