DOWN
RECYCLE
Please bring UNIQLO down product lying in your closet into our stores. We will recycle the down and feathers and give them new life.
Recycling clothes into clothes, UNIQLO’s latest challenge that opens up new links between people and clothing. We are starting with down, which encompasses UNIQLO’s entire down items ranges sold worldwide, and recycling of the down and feathers. Conserving resources, reducing waste. UNIQLO is rapidly expanding initiatives that target such a future.
UNIQLO DOWN RECYCLING
Inhouse technology ensures quality
UNIQLO focuses on high quality even in its recycled materials.
Using new technology developed jointly with TORAY, we have managed to efficiently create recycled down as new material.

UNIQLO's down recycling technology and "White Mountaineering" have collaborated to
create new Recycled Hybrid Down Jacket.

100% Recycled down and feathers
The insulating filling of this jacket of body parts is comprised entirely of down and feathers sourced from collected UNIQLO down jackets which are cleaned and carefully recycled.
- Hybrid design with recycled down or recycled padding
depending on the part - Three-dimensional cut for ease of movement
- Durable water-repellent material allowing for wear in light rain
- Fashionable gradient diamond quilt pattern design
