Promoting Female Leadership

UNIQLO donates to the international university of Bangladesh, Asian University for Women, to promote the advancement of women into leadership positions at the global level. Our efforts help motivated women access college education regardless of economic circumstance. Students also participate in summer internships at Grameen UNIQLO in Dhaka and Fast Retailing Co. in Tokyo, where they acquire practical knowledge necessary in business.
