UNIQLO DREAM PROJECT
Guiding Swedish youth to healthier,
more active lifestyles
In July 2020, UNIQLO, together with its partner, the Swedish Olympic and Paralympic Committee, launched the UNIQLO DREAM PROJECT, a sports-based initiative to inspire children and youth to discover a love of sport, through which they can lead more active, healthier lifestyles. The project builds on Together for the Future, a shared commitment by the partners to create better tomorrows through sporting and apparel excellence. Since the UNIQLO DREAM PROJECT commenced, we have held sporting events across Sweden in conjunction with the Swedish Olympic Committee and the country’s top athletes. To date, some 35,600 children and 400 schools around Sweden have participated. UNIQLO plans to continue expanding such activities into new parts of the world. UNIQLO has been the Main Partner and Official Clothing Partner of the Swedish Olympic and Paralympic teams since 2019. Our partners hold the UNIQLO LifeWear concept in high regard; when our partnership commenced the Swedish Olympic and Paralympic Committees identified quality, innovation and sustainability as three fundamentally important characteristics of UNIQLO clothing. Committed to these ideals, UNIQLO will continue providing such apparel to Swedish athletes, teams, and officials during competition, including the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games.
